When one thinks about education one tends to think about what others will teach us. This can at times subtly lead us not to think for ourselves but rather to just stick to what has been given to us (the narrative). But in fact the more important part of education is that it must equip us to think!

"Analytical thinking" involves breaking down complex information into smaller parts, while "Critical thinking" means making reasoned judgments that are logical and well thought out. It is a way of thinking in which you don't simply accept all arguments and conclusions you are exposed to, but rather have an attitude involving questioning such arguments and conclusions, and taking outside knowledge into account while evaluating information.
UPCOMING INFO WEBSITE ABOUT RAW HONEY
Unfortunately the general consumer is very uneducated when it comes to honey. When it looks shiny and has all the right words and labels on the shelves it means it is the real thing, right? No, unfortunately it is not always like that. And when honey is all crystallized then there must be a problem? The only problem is that there is a wrong perception about honey as well as a lack of knowledge.
We are in the process of creating a page to explain to the crowds what honey is really about - a point of view as it comes from a no-fuss commercial farmer's humble ever-growing expertise. Too much in the last few years have I had to see and hear how people have been riding this raw honey wave, putting the consumer at a financial disadvantage. People need to be made aware that you don't need to pay double/triple/four times the amount for raw honey. Some can hide their hidden agendas behind the ever growing phrase 'it's only clever marketing', or you can simply call it 'deceiving people to gain more'. We are all going to be held responsible for every thought, word and action one day. May these words speak to us all in a fresh way.
